Where are your datacenter located?
Our Canadian datacenter is located in Montreal, while our US datacenter is in Seattle, Washington.
What server brands do you use?
We only use enterprise grade servers. Most common brands are IBM, Dell and Lenovo.
Can I upgrade or downgrade to a different server?
As dedicated servers are separate physical machines, it is not possible to upgrade on the fly. You will need to cancel your existing server and purchase a new one.
Do you offer servers in Europe and Japan?
We will be offering European and Japanese servers on our website very soon. Please contact us if you have an immediate need for such servers to receive a quotation.
Can I install my own version of Linux and other operating systems?
Yes, we can install custom operating systems. Please send us the download link and we will assist you in installing that version on your server.
Do you offer backups and server management?
We can provide managed services on contract. Please contact our sales team to obtain a quotation.
